Mara Justine made a tremendous comeback on Tuesday’s “America’s Got Talent,” the first installment of the semifinals.

The young singer, who was saved from elimination by the judges during the quarterfinals, received a standing ovation for an incredible performance of “Breakaway” by Kelly Clarkson.

Howie Mandel pointed out that Justine “brought me to my feet in the middle of her song.”

“You’re only 12 years old. You sing with the passion and the power of somebody more than twice your age,” he told her, adding, “You are exactly what this show needs.”

Howard Stern commended Justine for showing off the range of her voice, saying, “You did it perfectly this time.”

“You’re a powerful singer and you are, in the best way, a freak of a nature, because you’re 12 years old and you have this powerful voice,” he said.

Mel B was also impressed by the way Justine raised and lowered her voice, calling it a “very smart” arrangement,” “which means you’re an amazing proper artist.”

And Heidi Mandel said, “The song is ‘Breakaway,’ but for me it’s not breakaway. It’s breakout. This is a breakout performance.”

“Spread your wings and fly right into the finals,” the supermodel told Justine.
