Will Ferrell served as King of the Bacchus for a parade kicking off Mardi Gras in New Orleans on Sunday.
The actor and Zach Galifianakis have been in the city in recent months to shoot the political comedy The Campaign, and Ferrell looked very much at home as he donned the crown and greeted revelers.
Previous “royal” grand marshals have included Nicolas Cage and William Shatner.
