Halle Berry’s stalker, Richard Franco, who trespassed on her property three times in July, has now been sentenced to more than a year in jail.

Franco, who jumped over the wall of Berry’s Hollywood Hills home, and was found staring at the actressthrough her kitchen window, is set to be behind bars for 386 days.

In exchange for dropping a burglary charge against Franco, he pled no contest to stalking.

He was also sentenced to five years of probation, and his restraining order, which required him to stay 100 years away from Berry and her daughter for three years, was up to 200 yards and is in effect now for the next 10 years!

Franco has already served 193 days of his 386-day sentence.

In her original petition for the order, Berry wrote that she was “extremely frightened” of Franco.
