German footballer, Mesut Özil loves cars. He recently said that spending money on cars is one of the few luxuries he allows himself and his latest purchase is no exception.

Özil took delivery of his brand new Mercedes-Benz G63 just a few days ago and judging from the photos, it’s a beast. The car was customized by Continental Cars in Hamburg, Germany and delivered to Özil in London. A few of the special touches include, a Playstation4, an army green colored wrap, 24″ rims and exhaust system.

Some say, once you go black you never go back. So leave it to none other than Kim Kardashian and Kanye West to dispute the myth in fantastically ironic fashion.
Inspired by the success of Kanye’s Adidas Boost sneakers which were originally released in a unique grey color scheme, the couple has decided to update their fleet of cars from the ever popular matte black to a more sophisticated semi-gloss silver. Of course not to be outdone by his fellow celebrities, Kanye has also picked up the new Mercedes S600 Maybach, a now favored ride of hip-hop artists, athletes, and businessmen alike. Kanye didn’t hesitate though to have it sent directly to the team at Platinum Motorsports in LA to receive that special “Yeezy” touch. Kim on the other hand opted for her beloved Rolls-Royce Ghost to receive the silver makeover, along with some new polished Agetro wheels to match. Kim and Kanye are no strangers to starting hot new trends. Will this all silver theme be the next big thing, or just another feeble attempt to stand out?
