Joss Whedon has confirmed that Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch will be among the characters added to The Avengers 2.
The director discussed his rationale during a Friday appearance on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.”
Fallon jokingly suggested Selena Gomez and Channing Tatum as his personal casting choices, but Whedon has made no official decisions in that regard.
