Adam West will make his first appearance on the nerdy comedy's landmark installment and he'll be joined by a roster of familiar faces.

CBS' The Big Bang Theory is poised to celebrate its 200th episode in grand fashion.

The Chuck Lorre/Bill Prady/Steve Molaro-led comedy has tapped TV's former Batman, Adam West, to make his series debut in the landmark episode, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

West, who will play himself, will be joined by a roster of familiar faces including John Ross Bowie (Barry Kripke), Emmy winner Christine Baranski (Leonard's mom, Dr. Beverly Hofstadter), Sara Gilbert (Leonard and Howard's former flame, Leslie) and Wil Wheaton (who always portrays himself).

Specific plot details about the episode are being kept under wraps.

West joins an impressive roster of guest stars on Big Bang Theory that have over the years included Emmy winner Bob Newhart, Stan Lee, George Takei, Katee Sackhoff, Leonard Nimoy (who never appeared on screen but voiced a Spock action figure), Stephen Hawking, Summer Glau and more.

The landmark 200th episode of The Big Bang Theory — Lorre's latest series to reach the milestone — will air Thursday, Feb. 25 at 8 p.m. on CBS.
