Karrueche Tran is not dating basketball star Klay Thompson, despite a 100 percent inaccurate report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this rumor. A rep for Tran tells us the claim is “wrong.”
According to the not-so-reliable MediaTakeOut, Thompson, who plays for the Golden State Warriors, has just begun seeing Tran after breaking up with his model girlfriend. “The two are still pretty FRESH in their relationship,” adds the site. Laughably, the webloid even calls its information “100% FACTS — no rumor.” Of course, the blog made similarly definitive remarks before Gossip Cop busted it for a handful of stories that claimed she was pregnant with Chris Brown’s baby. MediaTakeOut also wrongly reported last week in its less than tactful way that Tran was dating an unnamed “Asian dude.”
To round out its wholly fabricated story, the webloid quote an ill-informed “insider” as saying, “Klay has been COURTING KARRUECHE for months, even when she was WITH CHRIS BROWN.” The same so-called “insider” editorializes, “They’re perfect for each other.”
The MediaTakeOut story is written like most of the site’s stories, with annoying capitalized words sprinkled throughout and a false sense of authority. The reality, however, is the report is entirely untrue. As Gossip Cop noted, Tran’s rep tells us exclusively the webloid is once again “wrong.”
