Vanessa Hudgens gave one teen battling cancer an incredible surprise on Thursday when she showed up at his prom.

Cesar Guerrero, a huge Hudgens fan, was honored at the celebration hosted by his high school and The Art Elysium, which aims to enrich the lives of critically ill youths.
As a long-time supporter of the organization, the High School Musical star volunteered to surprise the 17-year-old after hearing about his story.
The actress also took to Instagram to share a photo of herself with Guerrero.
“Hung out with @cesarrudyguerrero at his very own prom thanks to the amazing work of @theartofelysium #artheals,” Hudgens captioned the pic (see below).
Guerrero posted another snapshot of himself getting a kiss from Hudgens, writing, “@vanessahudgens Thank you so much for coming to my special prom.”
He added. “It was really nice getting to know you and to dance with you. It really meant a lot to me that you took your time off and come to my prom I love you so much to all my friends to make you jealous here’s a picture with my bb.”
