Paul Rudd opened his “SNL” monologue about how the previous two times he hosted the show he was outshined by its musical guests, Beyonce and Paul McCartney.
Then One Direction walked onstage.

But Rudd said he wouldn’t upstaged this time by a boy band, so he brought his “Man Band” onstage, including Anchorman 2 castmates Will Ferrell, Steve Carell, and David Koechner.
They all sang “Afternoon Delight.”
It was epic.
