On Sunday’s “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” viewers got a first-hand look at how the paparazzi tormented the family in the months leading up to Kim Kardashian’s delivery.
Though her due date was still more than a month away, Kim began prepping for the big day by booking a “glam squad” to make sure she looked “beautiful” upon first meeting her daughter.
Kourtney Kardashian pointed out that her plans were “unrealistic,” since going into labor can be very unexpected, and even asked her sister, “Do you know how pretty you are with no makeup on?”
Even more shocking was the news that she hadn’t even booked a hospital room yet.
As Kim focused on figuring out her plans, the paparazzi focused on tracking the family’s every move.
“I’m scared to get my license because my car looks exactly like Kim’s,” Kylie Jenner admitted to her dad Bruce after finding a bunch of paps on their trail.
She explained to the camera, “As Kim’s due date gets closer, the paparazzi have just been insane. When the paparazzi can’t find Kim, they just stalk the rest of us.”
A “ticked off” Bruce tried to take matters into his owns hand by getting out of the car to confront the photogs.
“F*ck you buddy, quit following my family, you hear me, you f*cking asshole… I’m not gonna calm down… Get a life!” he screamed as Kylie pleaded for him to get back in the car.

Khloe later had an incident of her own, nearly getting hit by a paparazzo’s car when she tried to confront him, and consulted her lawyer about whether there was any legal action they could take.
“It could turn ugly as far as publicity goes. That’s just the hard, naked truth of it,” said the legal eagle.
Khloe later told Kim, “I’m really getting scared, especially for you,” as they discussed with Kourtney how much worse the paparazzi attention has been since Kim became pregnant.
After Khloe went as far as comparing the situation to Princess Diana, Kim tried to downplay things, but Kourtney remained concerned about the photogs’ “dangerous” ways.
“You have no idea how things are going to go down when you give birth,” she pointed out, and Khloe said Kim would need an “escape plan” if they’re already trying to run her down.
In the meantime, Kim tried to prove she’s not all about the “glitz and the glam” by partaking in a prenatal yoga session with sister-in-law Leah.
The outing turned sour, however, when the paparazzi tracked her down, a problem that happened again when she arrived home after a hangout with BFF Jonathan Cheban.
As the paps stood on her sidewalk and swarmed her driveway, demanding she take pics “or we’ll make your life miserable,” the pair had no choice but to leave her own property to escape.
“My whole pregnancy I’ve been in the line of fire. For the most part I deal with it because it’s a part of the business,” said Kim. “But now that I’m pregnant, I don’t need to go through with it willingly.”
To make matters worse, at a doctor’s visit, Kim’s ob-gyn discovered that the baby’s head was already low enough in her pelvis to push her into labor, even though her due date was still a ways off.
“Everything just all of a sudden feels very overwhelming. Not only do I have so much to do, I’m worried about the health of my baby,” Kim confessed to the camera.
In the midst of all the pregnancy drama, Khloe, Kim, and Kourtney were on their own mission: to set up their grandmother on a date!
With MJ, Kris Jenner’s mom, now a widow for 10 years, the family was eager for her to move to Los Angeles to be closer to them and “have company.”
But Khloe realized there was another solution to her loneliness — a man! — and, unbeknownst to her, signed her up on a senior dating site to find “a little boy toy… or a grandpa toy.”
Kourtney and Khloe selected “potential guys” from the site and, along with Kim, held a “phone screening” to interview the possible mates, before the two went to meet three “lucky men” in person.
After picking a talker named Walt as the best suitor, Kourtney revealed to MJ their secret plans just before meeting her for lunch, and, well, grandmother wasn’t pleased.
“You shouldn’t have done that,” she chided, even though arrangements had already been made for Walt to join them.
MJ wondered if the guy was an “ax murderer,” and said he wasn’t her “cup of tea” after discovering he’s actually a truck driver.
“I’m not interested,” she insisted. “Oh my god. Never, never do that again.”
MJ left before Walt arrived, and Khloe and Kourtney had to break the “bad news” to him.
“I don’t feel right about breaking Walt’s heart,” Khloe decided afterward. “I don’t think I’m going to be going on dating sites anymore. It’s just not right to do to anybody.”
That left the girls with just one problem to tackle: the paparazzi and Kim’s impending due date.
“We need like a really legit plan,” Kim said, wondering how she’ll even make it to the hospital undiscovered.
One thing she decided: No more glam team!
“I always envisioned I’d have this easy time being pregnant. It’s just been so not that for me,” she admitted.
On the next ep, Kim finds out she’s suffering from toxemia — and has to deliver the baby that very day.
