Michael Clarke Duncan’s grave has reportedly been vandalized with a racist caricature.

The actor, who died at 54 last September, was interred at Forest Lawn Cemetery in the Hollywood Hills, and when a family friend recently visited the site, she is said to have discovered an offensive “Sambo”-style cartoonish black face stuck to Duncan’s tomb.

It was immediately removed.

Duncan’s family has reportedly contacted the Los Angeles Police Department, which is investigating, according to TMZ.
