Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are expecting their first child together!
The former boy bander announced the news while guest-hosting “Live with Kelly” on Monday.
Lachey says Minnillo started to feel ill during a trip to New York in early January, recalling, “We went to the store, got a pregnancy test and it came back positive. So we are having a baby!”
He gushed, ”I’ve had a chance to do a lot of great things in my career and my life but this is the one thing that, more than any other, I look forward to. The fact that it’s actually here, it’s overwhelming.”

Lachey and Minnillo wed at Richard Branson’s private Necker Island on July 15. The nuptials were televised as “Nick & Vanessa’s Dream Wedding” on TLC.
