Lady Gaga: The Movie She Wants No One to See,” reads an ominous headline from Life & Style, which claims the singer is “fuming” about plans for a movie based on her life.

According to a so-called “friend” of Gaga, “She’s furious. She’s cringing at the thought of her life being exposed on television.”

As Gossip Cop reported last fall, a biopic titled, Fame Monster: The Lady Gaga Story, based on the Maureen Callahan book, Poker Face: The Rise and Rise of Lady Gaga, is in the works.

The mag’s supposed “insider” claims, “Gaga doesn’t want it getting out because it will portray her as insecure and needy.”

“She wants to be seen as powerful and strong, but she can be desperate for love and attention,” notes the source, adding, “It’s the sad little-girl-lost thing that she doesn’t like being out there.”

Actually, it’s Life & Style who’s desperate… for drama.

Since news of the biopic first came out in October, why is Gaga all of a sudden reacting to it?

She just decided to be “furious” about the project now, almost five months later?

The Life & Style story simply doesn’t add up.

In any case, a rep for Gaga tells Gossip Cop there’s NO truth to the tabloid’s tale.
