Arizona State Senator Thinks We Need A Holiday For White People

It's 2012 and we're still hearing things like this.

It all started during a session of the Arizona House when Representative Richard Miranda suggested that the state should have a Latino American day.

In response, Represenative Cecil Ash suggested the state have a holiday for whites. He told the House:

I’m supportive of this proposition. I just want them to assure me that when we do become in the minority you’ll have a day for us.
