Republican presidential contender Newt Gingrich is being sued for using the band Survivor’s song “Eye of the Tiger” at political and campaign events.
The 1982 tune is best known as the theme from Rocky III.
Rude Music, Inc. filed the suit in federal court in Illinois on Monday.
According to the lawsuit, Gingrich has been using the famous pump-up song since 2009 at events like the Conservative Political Action Conference, as well as on the campaign trail.

The company is demanding that he stop using “Eye of the Tiger” immediately.
