Courtney Love will not be evicted from her New York townhouse, with a judge reportedly throwing out her landlord’s lawsuit, which claimed Love failed to pay her rent and did damage to the property.

The residence’s owner, Donna Lyon, alleged that Love owed $54,000 in unpaid rent, and began legal proceedings.

But the judge ruled the rocker had followed the altered payment schedule agreed to by both parties, according to TMZ.

That means Love will avoid eviction from the Manhattan property.

There was no determination made on Lyon’s other allegations concerning Love supposedly ruining the home’s interior with unapproved renovations.
