Rebel Wilson showed off more than just her singing chops as host of the 2013 MTV Movie Awards — she also showed her range as an actress.

The Pitch Perfect star screened a fake highlight reel of her cut “scenes” from Les Miserables, Life of Pi, and Magic Mike.

Who knows how good those movies could have been if they just let Wilson do her thing?

Rebel Wilson and the Pitch Perfect cast reunited at the start of Sunday’s MTV Movie Awards.

VIDEO BELOW

The opening began with James Franco heading to Australia to tell Wilson she’d be hosting the ceremony.

Then Wilson sang her version of Miley Cyrus’ “The Climb,” after which her Pitch Perfect co-stars Brittany Snow, Anna Camp, Skylar Astin, Ben Platt reprised their (fictional) a capella groups Barden Bellas and Treblemakers to sing Eminem, Alicia Keys, and Macklemore.

It was quite the opening.
