Jessica Simpson’s fiancé Eric Johnson is leading a “dark double life,” Star dramatically declares in its latest issue.
According to the tab, ever since the couple welcomed son Ace Knute last month, the former NFL player has been “feeling neglected” and is “constantly gone!”
“Jess is consumed by her two little ones. She forgets all about what Eric is up to,” a so-called “insider” tell the magazine, claiming, “He says he might as well be invisible.”

Star goes on to allege that “to blow off steam and feelings of being sidelined, Eric has taken to hitting the town.”
“It’s like he has a double life,” say the outlet’s supposed source. “At home, he’s the perfect doting dad and hubby-to-be, but then he goes out with his old Yale buddies on partying binges.”
The mag’s alleged snitch adds, “No one recognizes him when he’s not with Jess, so he gets away with it. It’s turning into a weekly thing.”
So are Simpson and Johnson really ”on the rocks,” as Star claims?
NOT. AT. ALL.
A mutual pal of Gossip Cop and Simpson tell us the magazine’s report is “unequivocally false.”
Last year, Simpson vowed to take legal action against Star after the mag wrongly stated Johnson was cheating on her.
It seems the tab’s “sources” haven’t gotten any better.
