Snooki opens up about fame on Tuesday’s “Bethenny,” admitting that she “always” knew she’d be in the spotlight one day.

“I just feel like I always thought I was going to be famous for being a dumba** and it happened,” she confesses, adding, “I am very blessed and the fact that people like me for being me is cool.”

Snooki says her take on fame — always be yourself — is why she loves Miley Cyrus.

“She just does her [thing] and even though she’s a little raunchy and people don’t like it, that’s why I like her because she doesn’t care,” she tells Bethenny. “Like she could go out naked and be like, ‘Whatever, I’m naked.’”

As for some of Cyrus’ more controversial behavior in recent months, the reality star says, “I think she’s just going through a phase because I went through a phase where I wanted to be naked all the time when I shouldn’t have been because it was gross.”

That’s not to say that Snooki would necessarily do anything differently.

“I don’t regret anything because I feel like everything I went through in life made me who the person I am today,” she admits.

Snooki later reveals that she doesn’t like former co-star The Situation, alleging that his addiction problems date back to before their massive MTV series, and says “nobody has heard from him in years.”

“Mike is like his own person, he lives in his own world and it’s hard for him to always reach out to people,” she says. “I hope he is doing well. Even though we aren’t friends, I always wish the best for him. He’s doing his own thing. He’s good.”

The Situation Loses Abercrombie & Fitch Lawsuit Over Trademark Infringement

Truth rating: 10

6:15 pm, July 4th, 2013

The Situation has lost his battle with Abercrombie & Fitch.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, the “Jersey Shore” star (real name: Mike Sorrentino) sued the clothing retailer in November 2011 over shirts that featured the slogans “The Fitchuation” and “GTL Fitch” (“GTL” being the well-known “Jersey Shore” abbreviation for “Gym Tan Laundry”).

The Situation was first enraged when the company publicly asked him and co-stars to stop wearing its clothing, then sent the retailer a cease-and-desist letter demanding that the shirts be pulled from shelves, and alleging that they infringe on his legal copyright and amount to exploitation.

When Abercrombie refused to comply, he filed suit, seeking $4 million in damages.

But a judge has ruled that The Situation didn’t trademark the terms in a timely manner, and “did not offer apparel until after A&F introduced its parody T-shirt, and even then only on their website, officialsituation.com.”

The judge further ruled that “the court can discern no relationship between the word ‘situation’ and the apparel or entertainment services” provided by the reality star.

In a statement, Abercrombie’s vice president and associate general counsel said, “We believed that the complaint against us was frivolous from the beginning, and we feel fully vindicated by the result. As to the underlying issues, we think that the entire matter is yesterday’s news.”

A rep for The Situation didn’t immediately respond to Gossip Cop’s request for comment.

What do you think of the judge’s ruling?

The Situation Adds To His Collection – Picks Up A New BMW M5

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino’s on a roll lately between picking up a Ferrari a couple weeks ago and now this new BMW M5. I think this is the first celebrity we’ve seen with the new M5 and I’m sure it wont be the last. He also posted a photo of his garage on his Facebook page showing off a Lamborghini Gallardo, the Ferrari California, his Jeep Wrangler, the new M5 and a Porsche Turbo in the front right corner. Not a bad lineup but looks like he needs to spend less on the cars and maybe more on finishing off his garage don’t you think?
