Robert Pattinson has sold his Los Feliz home to Jim Parsons.

According to real estate site Trulia, the $6.375 million deal was finalized on Tuesday.

Pattinson purchased the gated property, built in 1922, back in September 2011 for $6.275 million.

He listed it for sale in October 2013.

It features three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a lagoon pool and gardens on a 1.5-acre terraced site.

Basketball legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar once owned the residence.

It’s a Merry Christmas indeed for fans of Robert Pattinson.

On Tuesday, Dior posted two pictures of the star enjoying a winter wonderland setting.

They follow a pair of snapshots also posted to the brand’s Tumblr on Monday.

As Gossip Cop has reported, the actor is the face of the company’s Dior Homme fragrance.

The stills, although not shared before this, were shot earlier this year as Pattinson filmed his ad campaign.

Dylan Penn opens up about the repeated tabloid rumors linking her to Robert Pattinson in the January issue of GQ.

Asked about all the “attention” she’s been receiving lately, the model says, “We’re talking about Rob here?… That’s been very foreign to me. But actually kind of funny, because it’s all bullsh*t.”

Penn, who’s the daughter of Robin Wright and Sean Penn, was touted by gossip magazines as Pattinson’s new girlfriend because the pair was seen together all of two times at parties in Hollywood.

Funny indeed.
