Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones reunited on New Year’s Day for a family ski trip in Quebec.

The couple, who amicably separated in August, hit the slopes with their two children, Dylan and Carys.

Douglas shared photos from the trip on his Facebook page, writing, “Happy New Year from Quebec, Canada… where it is minus 10F.”

A rep for Douglas would not comment on whether the pair is officially back together.

Michael Douglas says that he and Catherine Zeta-Jones are “fine” and that their recently revealed separation is not catastrophic.

Speaking with reporters in Berlin on Monday, the actor said, “I have a crisis at home? No, I think the press has a crisis.”

“We, we are fine. My wife and I are, are fine,” Douglas is quoted as saying. “We take a temporary separation, but the press… it gives you stuff to write about.”

The couple wed in 2000 and have two children.

In recent years, the couple has faced challenges including Douglas’s near-fatal battle with cancer and Zeta-Jones’s bipolar II disorder.

Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones have reportedly separated.

The couple, who have been married since 2000 and have two children together, have not filed for divorce or made their separation legal.

But according to People, Douglas and Zeta-Jones are “taking a break.”

They have not been photographed together since April (see right).

In recent years, the couple has faced challenges including Douglas’s near-fatal battle with cancer and Zeta-Jones’s bipolar II disorder.
