Mariah Carey has reportedly ordered Nick Cannon not to talk about their alleged pending divorce.
According to TMZ, the divorce is a “done deal” — and the two sides have purportedly worked out a confidentiality agreement whereby Cannon is barred from discussing the split.
Carey supposedly has the right to break the official news of the divorce when she chooses.
On Thursday, Cannon did confirm that the couple had been living apart, although he made no reference to any legal breakup.
TMZ says everything from child custody to the division of property has already been hammered out by attorneys for Cannon and Carey, although it’s not clear when a divorce filing will actually happen.
