Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez are locked in an “icy” feud over Justin Bieber, claims HollywoodLife in yet another seemingly made-up report.
According to the webloid, Swift has “made no secret of her disdain” for Bieber, and now her “hate” for him has “damaged her friendship with Selena.”
The blog goes on to claim the two girlfriends recently “got into a horrible fight” over Bieber, and their once close friendship is now “very icy,” and the two are no longer speaking.
What’s really going on is the site is actually basing its bogus premise on a previously corrected Us Weekly story that reported Swift cut off Gomez over her rekindled relationship with Bieber — and adding more falsehoods.
Of course, HollywoodLies, er, HollwoodLife is the same webloid that reported Swift was dating Zac Efron (wrong) and was getting married to Harry Styles back in 2012 (false), and that Gomez hooked up with Josh Hutcherson (untrue) and recently made out with Niall Horan (never happened).
Gossip Cop checked in with a Swift pal who assures us these claims are completely false, and that she “thinks of Selena like a little sister and will always be there for her.”
