Jared Leto performed with 30 Seconds to Mars in Ukraine amid political unrest and violence in the country.

The actor, who referenced Ukraine in his Oscars acceptance speech, told the Kiev audience to stand up for themselves against government oppression.
Leto mentioned that other singers had postponed their concerts in the country, but said there was ”no f**king way” his band was going to cancel.
The Dallas Buyers Club star told the crowd, “You guys are in the midst of something really beautiful and it may be difficult, but there’s no price too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself.”
