“SNL” host Paul Rudd played a hilariously middle-aged One Direction fan named “Dan Charles” in a taped piece on the show.

In the bit, Rudd’s character beats little girls at trivia about the boy band, and even leads them in a hilarious chant.
He then gets to meet One Direction and can barely contain himself.
