In the wake of Lance Armstrongs confession that used performance enhancing drugs, JJ Abrams and Paramount Pictures have secured the movie rights to the proposal for Juliet Macurs forthcoming book Cycle of Lies: The Fall of Lance Armstrong.

Macur, a sports writer for the New York Times, has covered the cyclist’s career for the past ten years — from his recovering cancer and winning seven Tour de France titles to the doping inquiries.
