Another new Justin Bieber track has surfaced.
On “Hey Girl,” the performer combines singing and rapping, much like he does on “Boyfriend” – but with an entirely different sound.
The track, however, is said not to be on his upcoming Believe album, but will be offered as an “extra” in some countries.
