Like a disaster!
With her latest album MDNA debuting at number one on the Billboard 200 with 359,000 copies sold, Madonna has lots to celebrate this week: Her eighth number one record, the biggest album debut so far of 2012 and her best one-week sales since 2000's Music, among other milestones. (The 53-year-old pop superstar now trails only Barbra Streisand among female singers with the most number one albums.)

Still, in a career that began nearly 30 years ago, the mega-icon known for constant makeovers has had a couple flops -- in the fashion department, at least!
