Three months after undergoing a double mastectomy, Giuliana Rancic is still struggling to come to terms with her new body image.
In an emotional new clip from Tuesday's premiere of Style's Giuliana & Bill, the E! News hostess, 37, opens up about how she initially had a "hate relationship" with her breasts after her August 2011 cancer diagnosis.
Struggling to get comfortable in the Roberto Cavalli dress she wore to the September 2011 Emmys -- just weeks before publicly acknowledging her diagnosis -- Rancic felt all eyes were on her on the red carpet.

"I'd be about to interview someone and I'd notice they'd see my pulling up the dress and [wonder] if they were looking at my boobs," the reality star says in the clip. "It went from 'I think I'm showing too much cleavage' to 'Cover these damn things up."

Argues Rancic: "I felt like my body let me down."
Alerted to the diagnosis when she and husband Bill were exploring options for a third IVF treatment, Rancic remains undeterred in her continued quest to have a child.

"I'm not gonna give up," she told Ann Curry last fall. When Rancic does get pregnant, "That baby will have saved my life," she mused. "There's some master plan. Now I know that [God] was looking out for me."
Giuliana & Bill premieres Tuesday at 8 p.m. (EST) on Style.
