Jennifer Lawrence is clarifying her recent comments about fame and Kristen Stewart, and addressing rumors that the two actresses are feuding.
The Hunger Games star had been quoted in Glamour UK as saying of Stewart’s post-Twilight notoriety, “I’d never want to be that famous.”
In a new interview with ET, Lawrence clarifies, “I didn’t mean it that way, [it was taken] out of context… I meant I wouldn’t have wanted it the way [instant fame] happened to [Stewart].”
Meanwhile, OK! magazine took things several steps further, fabricating a huge supposed fight between the two stars in which Lawrence was allegedly “talking smack” about Stewart.
Lawrence laughs off the ridiculous report in a sit-down with Access Hollywood, calling the tabloid quotes “fake” and saying she even sent Stewart an email about the matter to make sure the Twilight actress didn’t mistakenly believe any of it.
