Britney Spears is reportedly close to becoming a judge on “The X Factor.”
The pop star has been offered $10 million to join the music competition show for its second season, according to reports.
Spears would be one of the judges to replace Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger, who were axed earlier this year.
During a conference call last month, executive producer Simon Cowell addressed speculation surrounding Spears, saying they would be “flattered” if the singer was “interested” in joining the show.

Spears’ potential deal was first reported by The Hollywood Reporter and Deadline.
At this time, however, nothing has been confirmed.
Gossip Cop has reached out to a rep for Spears, but has yet to hear back.
