After months of reports that Manning's neck surgery would prevent him from being able to air the ball out the way he used to, this video taken yesterday at Duke University seems to prove otherwise. I hope Peyton likes our nation's capital, because Dan Snyder has spent millions of dollars based on less than one grainy video.
