“Lil Wayne is one of the hottest rappers in the world, but it looks like he’s ready to settle down,” reports HollywoodLife, which claims, “he proposed to his girlfriend Dhea on Valentine’s Day!”
The webloid cites a tweet Lil Wayne sent out on Tuesday, which read, “She said yes!”
The rapper didn’t provide any more details – but it didn’t stop HollywoodLife from concluding that he was “engaged.”
In fact, the site goes on to reference a post by the equally unreliable MediaTakeOut, which also spread the engagement story, going as far as declaring that a wedding is planned for the Spring.
But Lil Wayne, who was married once before, is NOT walking down the aisle – and NEVER “confirmed the news on Twitter.”
“I meant ‘she said yes’ to being my valentine!” he tweeted on Wednesday in response to the fast-spreading rumor.
He added, “Y’all krazy!”
