Kim Kardashian is banishing the bullies.
Late Monday, in a post called, “Goodbye Haters On My Blog,” the reality star declared that she’d no longer tolerate nasty personal messages.
“I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again… I will not allow bullying on my blog,” wrote Kardashian.
She continued, “You can say what you like about me, but when you come on here and harass and bully other fans, you WILL be banned from leaving comments.”
“This is not a place to take out your frustrations with your own life on other people,” added Kardashian. “I was honestly shocked today reading some of the comments… from people who are old enough to know better.”
She concluded, “Find something better to do with your time, because I don’t want you here, and neither does anyone else.”
While bullying has always been an issue online, recently there’s been a noticeable uptick in nasty rhetoric between warring sets of fans on Twitter and other platforms.
Kardashian’s anti-bullying post may not make much of a dent, but it’s always good to see celebs calling out the haters instead of just staying silent.
