Davy Jones of The Monkees has died.

He was 66.

Jones reportedly suffered a heart attack in Florida.

He is survived by his wife and four children from previous marriages.

Jones and Micky Dolenz, Michael Nesmith and Peter Tork were assembled into a pop group for a TV show called The Monkees.

Their hits, including “I’m A Believer,” “Daydream Believer,” and “Last Train to Clarksville,” made the quartet one of the most commercially successful groups of the 1960s.

Below, check out VIDEO of Jones performing in New York just days ago – along with one of his most beloved classics.
