Just hours after storming out of Whitney Houston’s funeral over being asked to move his seats, Bobby Brown was back onstage with New Edition.
The singer performed at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut, and told the audience, “I want to give blessings to my ex-wife,” adding, “I love you.”
Earlier in the day, following his abrupt departure from the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, NJ, Brown issued a statement that read, “This was a day to honor Whitney. I doubt Whitney would have wanted this to occur. I will continue to pay my respects to my ex-wife the best way I know how.”
