Troubled actor Jeremy London has reportedly been charged with domestic battery after allegedly assaulting his estranged wife Melissa Cunningham in Palm Springs last November.
He has not been taken into custody at this point.
Authorities are seeking a warrant for London, who is accused of pulling Cunningham’s hair and hitting her on the side of the head during the argument over their son, according to TMZ.
Documents indicate that the onetime “Party of Five” star has no permanent residence, and is listed as “transient.”
His rep denies the allegations of violence.
In recent years, London’s life has turned volatile, leading to a stint on “Celebrity Rehab” and a bizarre incident in which he claimed to have been kidnapped and forced to use drugs.
